职责描述：
• Be responsible for customer care work of China region.
• Develop and implement customer care policies and procedures
• Define and communicate customer care standards
• Direct the daily operations of the customer care team
• Supervise core customer care work, including: sales order processing, intern and external coordination, report preparation and analysis, flowing up customer inquiries, customer complaints solving and other problem solving.
• Plan, prioritize and delegate work tasks to ensure proper functioning of the department
• Ensure the necessary resources and tools are available for quality customer service delivery
• Identify and implement strategies to improve quality of work, productivity and profitability
• Liaise with company management to support and implement growth strategies
• Co-ordinate and manage customer care projects and initiatives
• Ensure budget requirements are met
• Evaluate and performance manage staff
• Identify and address staff training and coaching needs
• Other tasks assigned by leader


任职要求：
• Bachelor Degree with minimum 8 years Supply Chain/Trading/Logistics experiences
• Positive thinker, fast learner, accurate, conscientious, energetic, continuous improver
• Proactive and clear-minded, be able to solve complex issues
• Familiar with ERP system such as Oracle or SAP is an asset
• Familiar with International trade process.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin in both written and spoken
• Strong PC skills, proficient in MS-Office, especially in Exce
