职责描述：
"• Work with PE, QE team to resolve all internal and external quality issues across all product lines for remote data bridge, industrial dust sensor and Carefusion(FDA request)
• Drive and execute quality objectives to deliver quality metrics, continuously engage all cross functional teams to improve metrics.
• Assist Quality Manger in establishing and refining quality G&O’s and metrics, maintain the quality systems that meet customer expectations, drive beyond certification requirements to world class standard.
• Lead quality group and cross functional teams to execute TOW/NPI/CPO projects to ensure expected quality levels are met and continuously improved.
• Drive Lean Six Sigma philosophies to all levels, lead lean and kaizen projects execution that continuously improve variable costs and yield,
• Work closely with Sourcing, Business teams, Manufacturing, and Engineering to eliminate roadblocks and communication barriers that may affect quality and delivery requirements
• Promote lean and Six Sigma, mentor Green Belts in the organization.

任职要求：
"• BS. Degree in electronic or the related engineering.
• ＞5 years experience in quality management and control of mechanical & electronic field.
• Good understanding TS16949/ISO9000 and spoken English fluently.
• Good understanding FDA request and IQ,OQ,PQ implemented.
• Analytical & problem solving skills, teamwork and effective communication skills.
• Ability to work in cross functional team environment
• Six Sigma Training / Green Belt certification, lean production knowledge and experience.
