1. Develop and approach new customers by different channels.
2. Assess the customer’s potential and collect all the necessary information about the customers.
3. Prepare quotations, negotiate and finalize the orders at the customer’s end.
4. Keep track of all activities and new developments at the customer’s end.
5. Conduct trial samples and present our design and quality to customers.
6. Receive new orders from customers, follow up orders’ production to make sure the quality and delivery meet customers’ requirements.
7. Lead the sales team to get new orders from different channels.
8. Manage the team to maintain the existing customers.
9. Promote our new design to customers.
10. Coordinate customers’ quality issues and complaints.
