主要任务和相关活动 / Main missions and associated activities:
1.按照TS 16949 & AIAG 手册及客户要求建立公司质量管理体系 Establish quality management system according to TS 16940 & AIAG manual and customer requirement.
2.指导和监督各项流程的实施 Guide and monitor the implementation of all procedures
3.协助公司推行其他各项体系认证工作 ,如ISO 14001 or OHSAS 18001. Assist other management system certification work, e.g Iso 14001, OHSAS 18001
4.定期、不定期内部审核执行成效，对管理体系进行监督，审核，维护，确保体系的符合性，有效性，持续性 Regularlly/irregularlly internally audit the QMS to ensure the conformance, effectiveness and continuity
5.定期评审体系文件的可行性和合理性 Periodically review system documents to make sure they are feasible and suitable.
6.质量管理体系外部审核联系与安排 Quality management system 3rd party audit connection and arrangement
7.文件及记录的管理 Document and record control
8.主导第二方客户的体系审核，配合支持其他类型的审核 Lead 2nd party customer quality management system audit and support other types audit.

必要的技能 / NECESSARY SKILLS and APTITUDES:
•熟悉TS16949及5大手册内容 Familiar with TS 16949 and 5 core tools
•具备新建TS16949, ISO14001体系的经验 With experience to establish new TS system + ISO14001
•有内部培训经验 With experience of internal training
•熟练使用电脑，邮件系统及办公系统软件 Familiar with computer , email system and office software usage.
•英语听读写熟练， 基本口语 Fluent English on listening, Reading and Witten, simple Speaking
•2年以上汽车行业质量体系相关工作经验 2 years + automotive quality system experience
•外向，善沟通，团队精神，坚持原则，抗压能力强 Extraversion, be good at communicating, team work, stick to principle
