职责描述：
1. Quality control method define and continue improving.
2. Physical defect analyze and improve.
3. Work together with cross functional team for corrective actions, buyoff effectiveness of reaction plan if failure point observed to sustain quality compliance.
4.Handle project to drive totally achievement to quality requirements of respective quality indicators.
5.Quality tools promotion in line need individual owners’ from PE, ME and manufacture teams’ cooperation to well use and management in each system.
6.Other tasks are assigned by supervisor.
任职要求：
1.Bachelor degree in electronic/ electrical/mechanical/chemical/material Engineering with 4 years’work experience in quality department or process management;
2.Familiar in audit procedure, project buyoff and 8D methodology.
3.Good communication and cooperation skill.
4.Familiar with basic quality tools.
5.Effective in both oral and written English.
