Be responsible for business development, quotation, price negotiation and customer relationship management, protect company benefit and maximize profit margin.

KPI: New project landed, sales turnover and profit margin

Main job assignment 主要工作任务: (In order of importance, indicate the essential functions of the position)
1.Develop new business from existing and potential customers.
从现有的和潜在的客户群着手开发新业务。
2.Handle RFQ from customer , negotiate price, delivery term and payment term
处理客户报价,和客户商议价格,交货和付款条款。
3.Protect company benefit and maximize profit margin
保护公司利益,最大化公司利润。
4.Support finance to follow up payment collection
支持财务跟踪收款情况。
5.Do business FMEA to confirm capacity and capability before taking the order.
接收订单前,需做业务FMEA确定产能。
6.Properly handle project end of life with customer and ensure liability being fixed.
恰当地与客户处理好项目结尾工作,并且明确责任。
7.Coordinate with individual departments to make sure customer satisfaction in terms of quality, delivery, service and cost.
与各个部门保持良好的合作,保证客户在质量,送货,服务和成本各方面的满意。
8.Build and manage customer relationship, collect market information and follow up new business trend.
建立和维护客户关系,收集市场信息和跟踪新的业务进展。
9.Report to business manager about new business development regularly.
定期向业务经理汇报新业务开发情况。
Qualifications 任职条件 (List the MINIMUM qualifications required to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position.)
1.Bachelor’s degree in related discipline is preferred. At least 5 years on sales position, experience in plastic part business, including infocom, automotive and other consumer electric products
本科相关专业,至少五年通讯,汽车以及其它电子产品注塑方面的工作经验。
2.Be familiar with quotation system, such as cost calculation, cost breakdown and margin analysis

3.Good English skills for speaking, listening and writing.

4.Know MS office and MS project.

5.Good communication skill and team work spirit
