1. 负责新项目的质量控制计划，领导多功能团队和负责PFMEA和控制计划的实施
Responsible for new project quality plan and control, lead the cross functional team members and implement PFMEA and control plan.
2.负责新项目的先期质量策划，确保按时提交APQP各阶段的质量文件资料和样件并完成相关工作，组织客户PPAP资料的提交并获得客户批准。Coordinate application engineer new production approved by customer, submit PPAP on time"
3.在SOP之前停止计划项目Process sign off with project team prior to SOP.
4.指导生产过程中的质量控制和相关问题Direct the production process quality control and related issues.
5.各制造节点问题的收集、分析处理及时响应客户的要求，规避内部控制过程中潜在的质量风险，确保交付客户合格的产品。Non-conformity analyses and make corrective and preventive plan and follow up with team.
6.和车间领导和制造工程师一起进行进行过程审核，分析潜在问题并及时更新控制计划Process audit monthly with workshop leader and manufacturing engineer, lead to analyze potential risk and update Control plan.
7.建立过程失效模式分析数据库。Estabilish data base of PFMEA
8.协助实验室技术员选择测试设备和MSA Support lab technician to select the testing equipment & MSA.
9.经常拜访客户，处理客户投诉Visit customer regularly, deal with the customer complains.
任职资格：
1. 5年以上工作经历，3年汽车行业质量工作经验
2. 全日制本科学历，机械、自动化、车辆类专业
3. 英语口语能基本沟通
