岗位要求：
1. 大学或大学以上 Bachelor degree or above
2. 5年以上工作经验， 3年以上从事质量管理经验 more than 5 years work experience， At least three years of quality management experience
3. 相关质量管理专业知识Correlative quality management professional knowledge
4. 英文良好 English fluently
5. 质量经理资格证书 Quality Manger certificate
6. ISO9001: 2008审核员/注册审核员Register Auditor
岗位职责：
1. 建立、维护和实施ISO/TS16949质量管理体系。Build, perfect and maintain ISO/TS16949 QMS。
2. 建立完善的供应商质量控制体系，包括：原材料的检验和试验；供应商开发、业绩评估和持续改进。Set up supplier quality management system, including raw material inspection and component analysis, supplier performance evaluation, supplier quality improvement continuously。
3. 推动生产过程进行标准化作业，组织审核小组对生产过程实施过程审核。Push operation standardizing, lead team to implement process audit.
4. 建立生产过程质量检验体系，保证产品质量。Build up process quality control system to ensure process quality meeting customer requirements.
5. 组织实施产品出厂前的质量审核，不断提高客户一次验收合格率。Implement product out-going audit, to improve customer PPM continuously.
6. 推广和使用各种统计技术，对关键性能指标进行实时监控。Apply proper statistical technologies, and monitor CTQ regularly.
7. 领导实验室工作，组织对原材料化学成分、产品的机械、物理性能的分析和改进，以提高产品质量。Be responsible for lab management and MSA.
8. 领导产品售后服务工作，负责处理客户抱怨和产品质量问题。Be responsible for customer service, applying 8D repot to solve customer complaints and product quality issues.
9. 建立过程、产品质量的数据统计和分析体系，并根据数据分析结果采取纠正措施，持续改进产品质量；Build data statistics and analysis system, host daily quality analysis meeting to make corrective and preventive actions accordingly.
