职责描述：
1.制定售后备件的年度及月度采购、库存、满足率、周转率等预测和计划
Making the yearly and monthly purchasing , inventory plan ; be responsible with avilability and stock turnover rate
2.根据积累 BO、历史销量、季节性备件、 PPM 等数据不断优化供应与计划业务模型、流程、系统。
According to the history of Bo, history of sales, seasonal spare parts, PPM data etc. optimize the planning & supply model， process， IT system.
3.对国产供应商、进口件、工厂自制件的管理，包括对供应商下单、跟踪、协调、考核并逐步改善。
Take lead the inventory team of 3PL, in charge of local suppliers &import & export business & in house parts, including the supplier assessment, tracking, coordination, claims, payment
4.负责新车型上市配件管理，包括跟踪和管理备件工程释放、备件包装设计、备件采购合同、
备件计划采购、备件定价、备件物流、备件经销商铺货
Responsible for new vehicle parts program management, including coordination for spare parts releasing, packaging design, supplier contract, ordering, pricing, logistics, dealer initial order.
5. 配合进出口部门，开展报关文件整备，备件报关，到货期跟踪，海关查验，物流安排等工作
Cooperate with import & export department, proceeding Customs claim documentation, parts customs claim, ETA following, customs inspection, logistics arrangement business etc.
任职要求：
• 学历：本科或以上 Education : University or equivalent
• 英语流利 Fluent in English
• 5年以上相关工作经验 5years above relevant experience
必要技能/General Skills
1. 熟悉并理解汽车售后市场
Understand and familiar with automotive industry and market
2. 熟练掌握MS office软件
Good at MS Suite and Project Management
