1、根据零件特点，运输情况及工厂要求等情况，对供应商提供的包装方案进行审核；
To audit the packing plan which provided by supplier, basic of part character, transportation condition and plant requirement.
2、负责包装器具的RFQ编制，参与招投标及验收工作 ；
To make RFQ for packing container, take part in bid and tender activities and goods checking and receiving.
3、 设计周转包装，并对流通使用中的包装进行管理，使其能充分满足生产所需并保持良好的状态；
To design the reusable package and monitor it during use, keep it in good condition.
4、控制零件包装质量和包装成本；
To control the package quality and cost for the parts.
5、确保所有零件按既定标准包装并发运；
To ensure the parts packed in right package and delivery on time.
6、负责厂内周转包装优化设计,支持精益生产并优化物流成本。
To optimize the reusable package, support LEAN and ensure cost saving.

任职资格：Job Requirements (Qualification & Skills)
1、本科及以上学历，物流管理、工业工程、汽车工程等相关专业；
Bachelor degree or above, major at logistics, industrial engineering, automobile engineering or other related.
2、有5年以上相关工作经验和2年同岗经验，熟悉包装工程规范，熟悉汽车工艺、精益物流；
5 years related working experience and 2 years in same position is must, be familiar with the packaging engineering, PE and LEAN.
3、良好的英语听说读写能力和良好的沟通协调能力；
Good at English, both of spoken and written
4、熟悉ERP/MES/WMS系统的业务逻辑、功能和应用；
Be familiar with ERP/MES/WMS system
5、熟练掌握Office办公软件，能够使用AutoCAD。
Skillful use of Office, AutoCAD is preferred.
