作为制造部焊装车间工程师，负责焊装车间内新工艺或者工艺变更的计划及执行。
To be a manufacturing engineer in body shop you will be responsible for planning and implement new or changed processes in your area.
你负责协调以下事项：
You will coordinate:
1.提出增加新设备或者更换旧设备的开发设计需求。此需求的增加需要从不同功能的角度及标准进行考量例如：产能，周期，维修维护，人机工程，安全等。
The requirement specification development for new or change equipment, adding requirement from different functions, and standards, as capability, cycle time, maintenance, ergonomics, safety etc.
2.确认新设备或者更换设备的安装工艺及流程（供应商，生产，安全，时间表等）
The installation process of the new or changed equipment (supplier, production, safety, timing…etc.)
3.负责根据生产的各种节点建立工艺部门的设备节点。同时，还需要比较衡量横向部门的各种节点以保证工艺部门节点的合理性和可行性，如：物流，生产培训，维修维护，质量取证工作等。
The production readiness for your own ME-area as equipment readiness, build instructions, etc. but also coordinating the parallel organizations readiness for your area, as logistics, production training, maintenance, quality certification etc.

任职资格：
具备汽车行业焊装工作经验及背景：制造工程，工艺工程或者维修工程等方面。
You have skills and experience from car industry Body Shop: Manufacturing Engineering, Process Engineering or Maintenance engineering.
具备项目管理经验，同时具有协调不同背景和团队并取得项目预期效果的成功案例。
You have project lead experience and you are used to coordinate and work with people from different background and teams to achieve the expected results.

Experience in automation. Mechanical, electrical and control.
- 了解机器人控制的基本知识。
Base knowledge of Robot control.
- 了解三维工程的基础知识。
Base knowledge in Dimensional engineering
- 了解焊接技术的基础知识。
Base knowledge in Weld technologies.
- 了解人机工程的基础知识。
Base knowledge in Ergonomics
- 具备自动化设备安全要求及规格方面的经验。
