•致力于当前项目和年型车项目，从项目启动到SORP，通过推广工业工程工具和技巧，确保实现人力资源目标并成功投放
Working on current programmes and model years ensuring the achievement of manpower targets and successful launch, through the deployment of industrial engineering (IE) tools and techniques, from programme start through to SORP
•项目管理和控制与部门运营体系一致
Project management & control in line with departmental operating system
•单车工时报告
Hours per car reporting
•吸收竞争对手好的生产力经验并应用到自己的项目中
Best practice (Benchmarking) productivity ideas incorporated into programme
•工艺调整和一致性活动
Assignment allocation in conjunction with production plant and Cycle line layout optimization
•节拍平衡和动作研究
Line balance generation and Motion study
•产能，人力计算和分析
Capacity, headcount calculation and analysis
•车间标准文件开发
Workshop standard process document development
•主管分配的其他任务
Other duties assigned by supervisor.

任职资格：Job Requirements (Qualification & Skills)
A) Basic Requirements：
- Technical, Economic or Organization college degree or equivalent experience.，
- Fluent in written and spoken English
-精通各种单车工时计算和报告
Fully conversant in the varying Hour Per Car calculations and reporting outputs
-有制造和精益生产经验。
Experience in Manufacturing and Lean Principles
-良好的工业工程应用知识。
Good working knowledge of Industrial Engineering (IE)
-相关专业学历
Degree qualified, in a relevant Discipline.
B) Working Experiences Requirements：
-有行业3年以上工作经验，至少1年整车厂工作经验。
Above3 years experience, at least 1 year OEM experience
-有汽车行业相关工作背景优先
Working experience in auto industry is preferred.
-熟悉汽车生产内饰装配过程及相关设备，了解汽车生产线现场和生产组织系统。
Familiar with car manufacturing process and equipment, know about production site and production organization system.
C) Technical Skill Requirements：
- Good computer skills in general including MS Office, Excel,

- Have communication and relationship building skills, seeing the advantages of working in an
multi culture organization where we can learn from each other.
