主要工作Main missions:
1、参加试验室建设工作，包括新购设备仪器的安装、调试、验收等；
Participating in building the test lab，include installing、debugging、checking and accepting of the equipment；
2、负责整车结构的动态特性测试与分析，振动、模态与声品质评价与优化；
Responsible for dynamic characteristics testing and analysis of vehicle structure, vibration, modal and sound quality evaluation and optimization；
3、负责解决各种整车测试过程中的振动、噪声问题，及故障诊断定位；
Responsible for solving various vehicle vibration and noise problems, and fault diagnosis and positioning；
4、负责测试结果的分析，分析结果是否合理，根据公司标准撰写和编制测试报告；
Responsible for analyze of test result and to see that the result is reasonable，Write test reports according to NEVS documentation process with responsibility for analyze of the result
5、负责整车振动测试系统的日常维护管理、定期保养记录、供应商服务记录及年度校准。
Responsible for routine maintenance and management of vehicle vibration test system, regular maintenance records, supplier service records and annual calibration。

任职资格：Job Requirements (Qualification & Skills)
1、本科及以上学历、机械、车辆工程等相关专业；
Bachelor degree or above in machinery、vehicle engineering or related major；
2、具有3年以上整车试验工作经验；
3+ years’ or above vehicle road testing experience；
3、具有试验相关设备独立使用能力、试验相关零部件的安装、调试能力等；
Good skills in installing and debugging equipment；
4、英文读写流利。
Fluent English communication in writing and speaking .
