职责描述：
1、Responsible for the development and management of electrical parts;
负责电器零部件开发进度管理工作；
2、Responsible for the design and development of pure electric vehicles DC/DC;
负责纯电动汽车DC/DC的设计开发与研究；
3、Responsible for DC-DC system standards and specifications.
负责DC-DC系统相关标准和规范的制定；
4、According to the requirements of the project, DC-DC system scheme design
根据项目需求进行DC-DC系统方案设计；
5、Participate in technical negotiation and signing;
参与技术协议的谈判和签订；
6、participate in product research and development, test process development;
参与产品研发、测试流程的制定；
7、The other tasks the leader arranges.
领导安排的其他工作。
任职要求：
1、Fluent English both in oral and writing
良好的英语书面及口语能力
2、Bachelor degree or above, major in automotive, electronic or electrical,
本科及以上学历，汽车类、电子电气类相关专业毕业，
3、More than 3 years working experience;
3年以上工作经验；
4、Experience in developing new energy vehicles, skilled operation of UG and CAD software;
有新能源汽车开发经验，熟练操作UG、CAD等软件；
5、Experience in automotive parts supplier development project management;
有汽车电装零件供应商开发项目管理经验，了解开发作业流程；
6、Strong problem analysis and processing ability;
较强的问题分析与处理能力
7、Continuous learning and teamwork spirit, good communication skills, able to work under pressure
有不断学习进取和团队合作精神，善于与人沟通，能够承受工作压力
