职位描述
主要工作Main missions:
Saels operation
1.Sales planning including volume forecasting, short term and long term target, ordering and resources allocaiton, sales reporting, market analysis, etc.
2.Sales operation including sales policy, dealer margin calculation, sales/dealer analysis, promotion plan to react to market trend.
3.System and process build up for sales function incluing but not limited to new car logistic, OTD, DMS, etc. from user perspective or take direct resonsibilities.
任职资格:Job Requirements (Qualification & Skills)
1.Preferred subject major in Business Administration, Sales, Finance, Statistics, or Automotive Management / Engineering
2.Sales experience in both wholesales and retail level, fleet sales backgroup is plus.
3.Strong financial capability and business accumn.
4.Understanding of NEV business and possess resources is plus.
5.Strong analytical skills coupled with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6.Motivated by a fast-paced environment, possessing the ability to manage multiple tasks and switch gears while maintaining priorities.
