新产品质量管理、新产品的审核、新产品问题改进
主要工作Main missions:
1.负责新项目开发阶段的质量策划，提出新产品质量改进意见。
Take part in new product quality planning and propose new product quality improvement suggestions.
2.负责组织并实施新产品的质量评审。
Organize and implement new product quality AUDIT.
3.组织新产品各质量阀交付物的评审。
Organize new product quality gate deliverables review.
4.组织多方会议，推动质量问题的解决。
Organize multiuser meetings to push quality issues resolved.
5.负责对产品研发质量的确认。
Conform the new product R&D quality.
6.负责对零部件供应商开发的结果进行确认
Responsible for the confirmation of the results of the parts supplier development

任职资格：Job Requirements (Qualification & Skills)
A) Basic Requirements：
- Bachelor degree or above
学士及以上学位
- Fluent English both in oral and writing
良好的英语口语及读写能力
B) Working Experiences Requirements：
- More than3 working experience in OEM in Quality Management;
3年以上整车质量工作经验
C) Technical Skill Requirements：
- Experienced in Quality problem solving tools
熟悉质量工具
- Professional in ISO9001, ISO/TS16949,
精通ISO9001, ISO/TS16949,
- Good computer skills including MS Office, Excel
熟练使用办公软件
D) Personal Attribute Requirements：
-Have communication and relationship building skills
