职责描述：
·Supports project manager on Tied Solar PV-Diesel Power Generation projects in Maldives
·Review and interpret schedules, specifications, and drawings.
·Help facilitate subcontractor work activities.
·Assists and liases Client Contract & Subcontract Management.
·Track and maintain physical progress measurement based on installed quantities.
·Understand, track, and report subcontractor crew staffing and production, actual vs. planned.
·Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
·Coordinate with Site Manager and other construction management staff.
·Attend construction related meetings
·Promote a safe and respectful work environment – support the implementation of HSE programs, policies, and procedures and if necessary take immediate action to prevent any incident.
·Represent TRINA in a professional manner.
·Ensure company policies, procedures and compliance to all applicable laws and regulations are followed.
·Ability to collect and analyze data to resolve discrepancies.
·Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a professional manner.
·Other Duties and responsibilities as assigned.

任职要求：
·College educated, major in solar energy, renewable energy, project management or engineering related disciplines.
·3-5 years working experience in project coordination, project management and other related fields. The project coordination experience in Maldives is preferred.
·Industry savvy and have some analysis ability.
·Be proficient in English and can write various reports and other kinds of work related documents in English.
·Strong organization ability and mobilization ability as well as good Maldivian/English communication skills, with good public relations and coordination abilities.
·Familiar with Microsoft Words, Excel, PowerPoint and other office systems.
·Have right working attitude, engaged, trust-worthy.
·Strong ability to undertake working pressure.
