Your Responsibilities:

• Works to drive assessment of growth opportunities, analyze current and emerging markets, provides insights on key players, perform needed financial analysis and modeling
• Evaluates strategic opportunities and makes recommendations to senior management concerning tactical plans/strategies to implement new business activities; translates the recommendation(s) into action
• Identifies necessary reports and / or metrics to measure the effectiveness and validate the success of solar energy solutions and programs
• Develops and manages relationships with outside parties (potential counterparties, advisors, investors, etc.) as necessary
• Negotiates with external parties and leads due diligence processes where necessary
• Tracks business trends and identify opportunities within the marketplace
• Performs market research to determine financial viability of business opportunities and performs scenario analyses
• Develop and execute transactions carrying out financial analysis and modeling (including valuation and financial statement analysis)
• Synthesize information and provide detailed presentations to develop and communicate business case for senior management
• Lead due diligence and integration planning cross functionally with various supporting functions and business units
• Support project management on business driving projects

Education/Experience/Training
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics (Required)
• MBA (Preferred)
• 5+ years of related business experience with minimum 5 years of related business development experience, at least 3 years in M&A transaction experience (Required)
• Investment banking, private equity, or corporate M&A/business development experience (Required)
