Incumbent responsibilities and Duties:
*Support to establish testing facilities, procedures, instructions and template according to ISO 17025 to improve service capability and quality.
*Support for achieving and maintaining international and national accreditation.
*Strives for technical expertise and support team to establish team relevant technical competencies and qualification.
*Develops service promotion materials and handle technical meeting or seminar.
*Support to establish training system, prepare training material and provide internal and external training.
*Maintains and develop good customer relationship and especially to existing and future key accounts
*Provide professional and high quality service, satisfy customer needs and make sure the product to meet all requirements of related standards.
*Project handling and test report reviewing of all standards with knowledge and competence.
*Improve the qualification of test report and reduce the errors or mistakes to a minimum possibility.
*Study new directive, regulation and standards to improve technical research and develop new services.
*Provide technical support to sale persons and answer technical inquires.

Jointly Responsibilities and Duties:
*Cooperate with team members to achieve department goals.
*Maintains good relationship with internal and across departments.
*Support other departments as supervisor request.

Job Requirements:
*Minimum education: university degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics or similar background
*Minimum professional experience: 5 years of working experience
*Specialty Know how: EE Background in power supplies, PV-inverter etc.
