Job Description:
SAP support is a member of the Application Support team, is responsible for supporting daily SAP processes. This includes problem resolution and configuration adjustments, escalation to administrator/developer team when necessary.
*Problem resolution and troubleshooting in SAP modules and other SAP related business applications,
*Maintenance of users’ authorizations and profiles, printers and SAPGUI
*Maintenance of SAP user training materials
*Assistant the new business application/module/function implementation, including testing and data initialization

Job Requirement:
*Understanding business process management in enterprise, being familiar with SAP related ERP application implementation and support;
*Good communication skills, customer service and teamwork spirit.
*To understand SAP system architecture and the development experience would be preferred.
*Bachelor degree and major in computer application, 2-3 years’ relevant work experience
