职责描述：
1Support sales department for customer activities, promotion and acquisition of orders when necessary
2Report to upper management regarding but not limit to issues, observations and suggestions about external and internal environment
3Provide internal and external training when necessary
4Provide training and support junior engineers when necessary
5Provide support for other engineers
6Provide technical support for testing on all items within the laboratory. Ensure the correct implementation of testing and preparing of technical and administrative documentation.
7Implement and manage all project related activities. Ensure the correct project implementation and document the used service hours.
8Proper management of the projects handled. Ensure excellent quality, lead-time and customer satisfaction.
9Ensuring the implementation of company quality system
10Implement and ensure application of business line or product line policies and tools.
11Ensuring effective and efficient communication and cooperation within and cross departments
任职要求：
1Bachelor (or above) Engineering in vehicle, mechanical, electrical and electronic etc.
2Strong interpersonal, communication skills and presentation skill
3A minimum of 3 years’ working experience in a homologation dept. of TUVs, famous European Technical service, European automotive companies’ homologation dept., in an international or national homologation labs or in an OEM homologation dept. or at local homologation test agencies.
4Good knowledge of vehicle safety concept, homologation regulations and knowledge of the products, which include vehicle components, system and the whole vehicle itself.
5Strong customer relationship, good market reputation and excellent customer service.
