岗位职责:
Job Description:
1.Search and request of Genome-Wide Association Study (GWAS) data
2.Analysis of GWAS and interpretation of results
3.Implementation of analysis methods when necessary
4.Mining of genetics databases (dbSNP, dbGAP, EntrezGene, OMIM …)
任职资格:
Job Requirements:
1.Master in Biostatistics or Epidemiology Genetics will be considered as a minimal level
2.Strong background in biostatistics and data analysis
3.Good knowledge of Windows / Linux/ Office
4.Good Knowledge of Plink, bash, latex is preferred
5.Fluent in Chinese and English
6.Willingness to travel
