Job duties:
1、Communication with brand representative to understand their needs for online store platform
2、Communicate with internal department
3、Establish a good relationship with customers
4、Product and stock management
5、Responsible for marketing and promotion activities
6、Prepare monthly report and develop other analysis sales report
7、Understand customer needs, monitor project progress with different parties
8、Daily troubleshooting in Front-End and Back-end with IT teams.
9、Perform ad hoc projects assigned by management

Requirements:
1、Non-Degree Tertiary or above in Marketing or related disciplines
2、At least 2-3 years of experience in Marketing
3、Strong market sense and interest in electronics products
4、Organized, detail-minded and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
5、Strong customer-focused mindset with ability to understand customer’s needs in e-commerce industry
6、Strong team player and proactive to propose suggestions
7、Work under pressure and with ability to multi-tasking
8、Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese including Mandarin
