Description:
Responsible for ensuring hiring meets forecast expectations. Responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining a quality experience in the talent acquisition process for candidates and business partners. Assists in the integration of complex business factors to build talent acquisition strategies that lead to achievement of business objectives. Administers programs designed to acquire talent through the uniform and equitable application of policies and procedures.
Principal Accountabilities
1. Plans, develops and drives sourcing/recruitment strategies in consultation with hiring managers.
2. Advises hiring managers on talent acquisition matters.
3. Accountable for the compliance and document tracking requirements for the local labor code.
4. Interviews and screens applicants.
5. Conducts research and analyze data on assigned projects including agency performance.
6. Utilizes Careers Direct system throughout the talent acquisition process.
7. Works with hiring managers to develop and implement staffing strategies and programs (where appropriate).
8. May provide management training on hiring process, interviewing techniques and employment policies.
9. Searches for and identifies candidates for positions within specific function, segment or region.
10. Receives assignments in form of objectives with goals and processes to meet outlined goals
Qualification
- More than 8 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Process orientation, good interviewing skills, good knowledge of IT industry & excellent communication skills.
- Ability to independently manage key relationships to achieve results.
- Drives for results, customer first, intellectual capacity
