Responsibilities:
-According to overall company strategy organize, implement ,supervise and inspect production running well, including capacity evaluate , extending production levels, planning and production flow improvement etc
-Be responsible for Manufacture Cost Control, including efficiency improvement, staffs optimization, scrap in control
-Lead the team to achieve the quality and production KPI
-Implement quality/environment/EHS system, formulate & extend dept. quality/environment target
-Consistently improve production management control (equipment, tooling, and process, FG control etc) continue enhance product more reliable & maximum to meet customers requirement
-Joint collaboration with other departments to meet existing and potential customers requirement
-Be responsible for the classification and storage of process waste
-To ensure smooth and effective day-to-day operations, organization, coordination and mobilization whole team implement it and together achieve all the tasks
-Support engineering for the new samples making, new products trial production, new line and/or new process release
-Support SCM for the new supplier and/or new material release;
-5S management of all workshop

Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree or above
-Above five years’ relevant experience in large manufacturing WOFE or JV
-Good command of English both in oral and written
-Good communication skills
