Responsibility
-Provide process application support and troubleshooting to LDI customers. Identify if root cause is machine or process issue. Work with customer to solve process issue.
-Mainly focus on exposure process.
-Support customer for new project development.
-Maintain relationship with customer and resist vendor with good communication skill.
-Prepare professional report for internal and external customer to clarify situation, solution and follow up plan.
-Self-motivated to learn new tools, features and methods and apply such knowledge at customer sites.
-Flexible to work extended schedules as needed based on business and customer demands.
-Requires frequent travel in China.

Requirement
- Bachelor, Related to Chemistry or Engineering
-3 years experience in PCB exposure process or R&D department.
-Capable of working independently and on a team.
-Fluent English in both written and verbal communication.
-Good knowledge in Microsoft software skill including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
