职责描述：
-Continuously improvement in terms of technology, quality and costs to the processes and support the achievement of AT&S and department targets. Continuous consultation with Engineering Manager about relevant tasks within the department (incl. respective reporting)
-Communication with internal and external suppliers (chemical and equipment suppliers, supplier quality, production, quality, PE/CAM, CSC and other departments).
-Continuously work with suppliers and customer on further technology developments
-Follow environmental and safety regulations
-Ensure technological development.
-Implementation of relevant norms and standards.
-Responsible for installation of new equipment (draw up equipment specifications, make evaluations and technical analyses; put into operation, support qualification and implementation in production)
-Lead Key projects related to the processes and ensure projects are on schedule.
-Work in accordance with AT&S quality system. Use templates and databases for documentation
-Ensure process standardization
-Support production departments in problems solving of key quality and process issues.

任职要求：
-Completion of higher technical college (preferably with specialization in electronic, mechanical or plastic engineering)
-Experienced in related industry and strong knowledge of related processes.
-Knowledge of project management, data evaluation and planning of experiments required.
-Fluent written and oral English
-Computer skills – MS Office Package (Word, Excel)
-Good stress management skills
-Good analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
-Team spirit and able to lead a team on project based
-Good communication skills
