Candidates will be leading member of custom circuit design team, own developing of high-end full/half custom circuits, including Reg file, L2/L3 Cache, wide bit width multiplier and adder for Power series CPU.
Preferred Experience:
1. Master Degree or above in Electronic Engineering/Communication Engineering or related fields;
2. More than 5 years industry SoC/IP development experience in various products, preferred in CPU/GPU product;
3. Experience in circuit design of Cache/SRAM array/Reg file/DRAM/high-speed custom circuits in FinFET process;
4. Familiar with one or more scripts including Python/Perl/TCL
5. Self-motivated, Organized, Team Player, Result Oriented, and Fast learning on challenging task
6. Experience with design team/project management is a plus.
7. Fluent speaking/writing in English and Good communication skill
