The Project Manager/Project leader will assist with the development of therapeutic antibodies, and Portfolio Management. This position will play a key role maintaining coordination and communication between internal departments, and between the Corporate and its partners.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support the development of therapeutic antibodies for unmet medical need
• Conduct team meetings with internal and external stakeholders; develop agenda, meeting minutes, and action items for team members.
• Assist project teams and senior management with the development of realistic project planning and execution maintaining project scope, timelines and budget.
• Ensure that project timelines, milestones and cost commitments are met.
• Assist R&D groups with best practices for resource allocation.
• Act as point of contact for project reporting & update.
• Support portfolio development to achieve corporate goals.
Required Skills:
• M.S. or higher in a scientific discipline.
• Superior knowledge of scheduling and resource allocation.
• Strong facilitation skills and ability to lead and influence without having positional authority.
• Very strong analytical, organizational, interpersonal and written skills.
• Proficient in both English and Mandarin is a must.
• Must have good interpersonal skills and experience building positive working partnerships
• Demonstrated experiences with partners, clients or CROs.
• Life science experience especially with antibody drug discovery is highly desired.
• Formal project management training and Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Project, Outlook).
