Main Tasks:
1. Communication with customer and factory to manage sample demand from customer. Follow up orders,quotation,shipment,invoice.
2. Support to manage project schedule,open list,regular team meeting.
3. Prepare price summary and quotation for projects with sales.
4. Maintain records and reports,monitor shipping,receiving,order fulfillment,and after service to ensure timely customer service.
5. Be responsible for verifying customer credit,and trace account receivable.
Requirements
Must-Criteria:
1. Bachelor of Science,major in automotive,mechanic or related subjects.
2. Good English skills and Team Spirit. English(++written,+listening,+spoken).
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Can-Criteria:
1. Experience in automobile industry,especially in engine branch is preferred.
