职责描述：
1. Supervise accounting team & validate vouchers made by accounting team; make sure accuracy & completeness of local financial book, and month end closing on time and on quality;
2. Responsible for local tax calculating & reporting, including various withholding taxVATSur-TaxCIT etc, and provide necessary guidance if any department have tax query.
3. Provide all local statuary reports required by government office, such as tax bureaustatistic bureauSAFE etc. also maintain good relationship.
4. Work with IA team and ensure all activities of company fully meet requirements of internal control & SOX;
5. Lead accounting or tax audit are launched by either external or internal departments.
6. Make monthly cash flow forecast and weekly report actual cash flow status, ensure cash flow are well under control and monthly target are achieved.
7. Other works assigned by finance manager

任职要求：
1. Have solid accounting & tax knowledge, can independently complete job related accounting and tax;
2.English as working language is communicable;
3. Good at EXCELWordPowerPoint;
4. Bachelor degree, and have at least 2 years of working experience as GL or Tax supervisor.
