Main Responsibilities ：

1.Leading specific project, organize related resource to complete this specific project.
2.Review customer requirements and communication with customer
3.Based on customer requirements to make proposal
4.Concept review, Design review
5.Create BOM, 3D & 2D drawing, pneumatic/hydraulic diagram
6.Create the Technical specification for specific unit
7.Release PR to purchase responsibilities.
8.Track the purchase status, assembly status and debug status to ensure smoothly delivery to the customer.
9.Instruct assembly team to do correct assembly
10.Gather and analyze project related the problem from machine design stage to application stage
11.Participate in group design review and machine final acceptance, and gather/file machine information.
12.Keen on mechanical design with better abilities of 3D imagine
13.Reduce design scrap to increase first-time pass rate
14.Components / unit design standardization
15.Cost reduction
16.New technology development

Qualification：

1.Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering with 3+ years of Automation equipment / fixture design experience
2.Be familiar with machining, heat/coat treatment, installation and maintenance experience ;
3.Be familiar with pneumatic/ hydraulic design
4.Prior to understanding electric engineering.
5.Modeling Experience/ Proficiency with Pro-E and solidworks
6.Fluent English
7.A good team player and can work under high pressure
8.Highly understand customer focus and want to put great effort to make customer satisfaction and cost saving.
9.Self-motivated , self managed and organized
