Job Responsibility
1、Involved in new supplier selection, responsible for Supplier qualification , perform supplier assessment and follow up corrective actions of Supplier qualification from all new potential suppliers
2、Liaise with R&D engineering functions for resolution and escalation of technical issues
3、Lead APQP (Advanced Product Quality Procedure) at supplier side to implement preventative quality assurance method
4、Responsible for all new design product and/or transferring parts PPAP processes
5、Perform process audit and follow up corrective actions
6、Global supporting and co-operation for new programs

Job Requirement：
1、5+ years working experience and abundant knowledge in mechanical manufacturing of automotive area ( prefer commodities experience of casting , stamping, plastic)
2、Familiar with mechanical process, GD&T , understanding of dimension chain and tolerances , familiar with machining/surface handing standards
3、Very good program management skill, has successful project experience in supplier quality development during new projects
4、Rich knowledge and experiences in quality system management, like ISO 9001, ISO 14001, knowledge of IATF16949 is preferred.
5、Solid knowledge and experience in QC tools, like PPAP, APQP, MSA, SPC, FMEA.
6、Problem solving and proactive
7、Strong communication skills and team work attitude
8、Willing to travel frequently
