Responsibilities:
-Assist the General Manager to implement the roll-out of plant level projects;
-Provide solid assistant/data/evaluation for the GM to make the plant wide strategy/MRP
-Responsible for continous improvement project in terms of timing, quality, capacity, financials and budget
-During the absence of General Manager , assure the business affairs be handled by assigned representatives in time ;
-Responsible for coordinating external & internal communications with/for the GM;
-Coordinate communication between HDC and German plants, be responsible for the public relationship (government affairs and social organisations) ;
-Accomplish other tasks assigned by the GM

Requirements:
-Bachelor degree or above majored in mechanical engineering or automotive
-Technical experience in automotive industry
-Familiar with TS16949 system
-Fluent spoken and written English, German is a plus,
-Excellent learning ability
-Good organizational and communication skills
-Experience on lean production/continous improvement
-Three years of working experience in related position in Euramerican enterprises
