1.Perform a variety of equipment activities in association with team.
2.Diagnose equipment malfunctions both on mechanization and electrification;
3.Analyze and prioritize daily requests so as to insure effective completion of projects;
4.Act as liaison with various equipment manufacturers or vendors to resolve operational equipment issue;
5.Provide suggestions for equipment design of project components and help installation of project items and recommend engineering changes to correct and improve the operation capabilities of the plant;
6.Provide supervision for maintenance crew including the delegation of work assignments and the enforcement of all department policies and procedures.
7.Implement maintenance work programs so as to reduce equipment failures and non-productive downtime;
8.Organize related Engineers and technicians to analysis the previous malfunctions and make the actions to improve equipment stability.
9.To train our local mechanicals to improve their skills;
10.Establish and manage the history files, downtime records, preventive maintenance time schedules;
11.To control the maintenance cost;
