职责描述：
General Objectives:

1.To work with and support Elring aftermarket distributors in specific territory effectively to achieve their targets, with proper product recommendation, technical support, marketing tools, and distribution strategy as well.
2.Collect customer feedback on Elring products/brands and major competitors’ information, to work out analysis and proposals accordingly
3.Identify and explore market opportunity to win bigger market share for Elring aftermarket success.

Main Responsibility:
To achieve sales target per region/brand/vehicle group with targeted EBIT margin
Implementing sales activities to dedicated region/customers/brand/vehicle group with proper sales plan
Providing technical support together with PM and technical service.
Effective forecast and planning for customer demands.
Evaluation on potential new customers and business areas.
Collection of market information on competitors and market status in general
Developing proposals on product and customer groups to support business growth
Market survey and analysis for new and existing customers.

Key Skills & Qualification:
1.Minimum 3-5 years’ sales experiences on auto parts aftermarket or relevant industries
2.Experiences on Passenger Car parts aftermarket is essential, to be familiar with Commercial Vehicle parts aftermarket is a plus
3.Understand the demand/needs of customers, and propose solution with external and internal resources
4.Strong learning capability and willingness to identify business opportunity with new products/product line and new customer base
5.Good presentation and communication skills
6.Potential to take additional responsibility for certain brand/product line national wide in future
7.Good written and oral English will be an advantage
