Requirements:
1. Graduated from College，majored in mechanical related is preferable.
2. Over 2 years Powder metal industry experience is a must, Supervisor experience is preferable
3. Solid knowledge of 5S, Lean manufacture, IE, quality control.
4. Excellent Powder metal industry knowledge including operation of mechanical and hydraulic press, furnace and related machining process.
5. Metal material and heat-treatment knowledge.
6. Project management knowledge.
7. Well understand the powder metal tooling setup.
8. Expert on multi-plate CNC machine programing and optimization. Dorst CNC press is preferable.
9. Trouble shooting skill.
10. Training skill on senior technician.
11. Good communication skill.
12. Good mindset on continues improvement.
13. Hard working & a man of integrity.
14. Multi-national company working experience.
15. Ability to read, speak and write in English.

Responsibility:
1. Set up, monitoring of production processes, optimize parameter, and improve quality and output.
2. Working with maintenance to analyze and solve equipment issue, make sure machine runs smoothly.
3. instruction and training of technicians, setter and operators
4. New product trail-run and new project introduction
5. Quality issue analyses and trouble-shooting.
6. Tooling management section supervision.
7. 5S maintain and improvement.
8. set up tooling and machine if necessary
9. Other tasks assigned by supervisor
职责范围
1. 设定、监控生产工艺过程，优化工艺参数, 提高产品质量与产量.
2. 与Maintenance部门一起对相关设备进行问题分析，确保 生产线正常运作.
3. 管理并培训技术员，调机员及生产线操作人员
4. 新产品试模及新项目引进.
5. 产品质量分析解决。
6. 模具管理小组的管理.
7. 5S维持及改善.
8. 如有必要，设定模具，设备.
9. 其它主管安排的工作
