岗位职责：
· Be responsible for the promotion of lean production in the factory负责工厂精益生产的推广
· Be responsible for leading workshop employees to carry out continuous improvement activities 负责带领车间一线员工进行持续改善
· Be responsible for training of lean tools and lean method 负责精益工具与方法的培训
· Coordinate with quality, logistics and other departments to develop lean improvement plan and implement project plan 协调质量、物流等部门，制定精益改进方案，并落实项目实施
· Be responsible for the improvement of manufacturing department performance and main problem solving 负责制造部绩效的改进与主要问题的解决

任职要求：
· Bachelor degree or above. IE or mechanic relevant major is preferred. 本科或以上学历。制造或机械相关专业优先
· 5 years and above experience in related area of lean production , good at lean tools such as Value Stream Mapping (VSM) , Kanban etc. 5年以上精益生产相关工作经历，精通价值流图、看板等精益工具
· CET4, good English capability in listening, speaking and written 英语4级，具备良好的英语听说读写能力
· Good teamwork spirit and good communication skill, passionate, trustworthy, result-oriented, detail oriented and able to work under pressure 良好的团队合作精神与沟通协调能力，热情，值得信赖，以结果为导向，注重细节，能够在压力下工作
