In this role, you have the opportunity to
This role is responsible to the application training and education to fulfill customer service business.

You are responsible for
Provide clinical application training to the end users by on line and onsite training;
Manage the 3rd party resource and meet the company quality requirements
Provide clinical training to FSEs and service sales internally
Assess customer training and education needs, support the customer education courses and clinic training course development.
Collect customer training and education needs, provide solutions according to resources allocable.
Provide the group training/education on field to fulfill business needs.
Other tasks assigned by team & company

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
a) Education:
University Bachelor degree or above.
b) Experience:
＞3 years work experience in hospital or company
c) Travel Frequency: 25%- 50%
d) Competency and Skills:
Good presentation and communication skill;
Willing to work under time pressure and work independently;
Self-starter, self-motivated and self-learning capacity;
