职责描述：
Lead quality control activities for SW product development , which include defining SW product quality objectives, creating and implementing SW quality assurance plan, participating in technical reviews, quality risk analysis and reporting and so forth.
Objectively audit various types of SW work products and process activities at different SW development stages to ensure compliance with all requirements (explicit or implicit) and with the applicable project procedures and standards.
Chair the Software Change Control Board (S-CCB) meeting.
Guarantee that issues detected are reported, correctly resolved and finally verified and ensure project deliverable's quality at different project phases.
Report project quality status to relevant stakeholders.
Provide coach and training for SW project team on processes, standard, and interpret the review checklist.
Dispose information related to quality issue and customer complaints on project.

任职要求：
Eductation:
Minimum BSc (Bachelor of Science Degree) In Engineering discipline, preferably BSc in Electronics Engineering or Software Engineering or Computer Science
Knowledge and technical skills:
1. C/C++ language and basic knowledge of electronics.
2. Knowledge of project management, reqirement management, change management, risk management, configuration management, quality management.
Experience:
1. 5-7 year’s product development experience of electronics device, 2-3 years programming experience in C language.
2. Familiar with Product development process and SW engineering process, SW baselines and Quality milestones.
3. Direct working experience in process / work product audit
4. Direct working experience of technical review.
5. Be familiar with quality management system ISO 9001, CMMI.

1. Good communication ability to cooperate with project team and handle project affairs;
2. Logical/systematic thinking and problem-solving skill and good team player
3. Good moderation skill
