职位描述
职责描述:
• Ensure solid turnover and meeting long-term & short-term sales targets for
the related products at E-commerce platform.
• Develop Alibaba distribution business model. Base on market dynamic to
develop new business opportunities in both Taobao (Taobao Super Market,
Distributor Channel) & Tmall.
• Work closely with Tmall FS for an overall strategy in Tmall and Taobao.
• Lead and effectively conclude annual negotiation with assigned customers.
• Lead account specific business forecasting flow to achieve target in terms of
corporate/business sale perspectives
• Coordinate in advance with all functions to ensure the “go to market”
solutions will be successful.
• Initiate activities to ensure Maxwell’s advantage in online customer,
including qualified in store presence of company products, retails sales,
listing, display, etc.
- Develop overall JDE’s annual EC marketing strategy and annual activation
calendar for all brands across different EC channels.
- Partner with marketing team, media agency and EC sales team to effectively
land online campaigns on ecommerce platform to achieve sales growth
- Responsible for brand building and communication via EC platform, including
designing targeted communication plans, media plans, new brand/product
launch and co-marketing campaigns.
• Drive POS with creative thinking and innovated marketing program in
ecommerce platform.
• Customer relationship management through effective communication and
cooperation with the Tmall key function key person. To get Tmall preference
resource support to Maxwell brand.
• Data analysis. Daily analysis data to find improvement area and catch sales
opportunities
• Responsible for AR management. Balance and control customer investment
with annual plan, to make maximum profit
• Regular reporting of market intelligence, including market trend of product
development, competitors’ activities, etc
任职要求:
- Bachelor degree and above
- >4 years of relative experience in Sales and Marketing field in in FMCG
industry. 2 years’ Ecommerce Marketing experience is preferable.
- Strategic thinking and business development experience.
- Good business analytical skills and profitability analysis
- Creative problem solving skills for complex business challenge
- Sound decision making that benefit the organization
- High quality verbal communication, especially around strategic direction
- Strong negotiation skills in tense situations as well as resolving conflict.
- Learning fast, with diversify thinking and innovation capability.
