We are looking for a General Manager who will be the China Director of a European Group in Engineering Industry. The Managing Director will be responsible for the business development of the company in Energy Generation sector in Mainland China Area, as well as in international markets jointly with Chinese partners.

Requirements:
•Technical education background 理工科教育背景
•Native Chinese, with proficient English in spoken and written as bilingual 中文母语水平，英语高级水平
•Experience in the electric generation sector (ideally in nuclear sector) in China. Deep understanding about the market. 有发电行业相关的工作经验（核电行业优先），对市场有深刻的理解。
•At least 10 years experience in business development or commercial area, ideally in the energy generation sector or a regulated sector. 十年以上商务及市场开拓经验，能源电力及相关行业。

Responsibilities:
•Priority number one of the candidate would be to identify business opportunities in China for the products and services of the group, adapting the commercial offering to the local market if necessary, targeting mainly the electric generation sector (nuclear, conventional and renewable), also industrial in general.

•To be the image of the group in China, developing and maintaining relationships with the major clients, at the highest management level.

•Ideally the candidate is also able to manage and develop the Spanish group’s subsidiary in China, supported by the Group’s HQ when needed. To analyze, resize and define necessary resources to an optimum operational level of the subsidiary, supporting the development of the staff that is currently working in the local office.
