职位描述

职责描述:To take the leading role in China to develop & exploit Inbound, Customs Brokerage & Domestics Transportation business and related supporting structure in North Asia Region to ensure operational efficiency and maximize profitability and market presence.
1. To steer strategic plan for Customs Brokerage business development and take the leading role of implementation and execution in China region.
2. To work with regional product and sales leaders in devising import and customs brokerage services and procedures.
3. To plan and implement pricing strategies, and oversee Customs Program for maximizing profitability and cost-effectiveness.
4. To review and monitor the competitiveness of Inbound Rate, general tariff of brokerage fee & door delivery rate in China.
5. To maintain close communication with China Branches and global customs and brokerage team for business development and product service expansion.
6. To lead the China Customs Business Development Program in developing tools for managing service provides for brokerage and trucking, including setting up of vendor selection criterion, evaluation checklist, service expectation, contract template, pricing negotiation & regular performance review, etc.
7. To work with regional sales team to design and roll out sales tools for Inbound Program in China.
8. To work with regional product leaders in developing joint strategies with major carriers to enhance program leverage.
9. To oversee the set up of branch brokerage and trucking teams and monitor the quality of service providers for brokerage and trucking services.
10. To conduct market analysis and other activities relating to Import Program services.
11. To design and deliver training on inbound, brokerage and domestic transportation services in enhancing China branches understanding and knowledge on the inbound program.
12. To perform additional duties and regional projects as assigned by the Regional Management to meet the regional development.
任职要求:
University graduate. With 10 years experience in operation and sales in logistics field, of which at least 5 years must be at managerial level. Good knowledge in inbound business, brokerage and/or domestics transportation field. Strong communication and strategic planning skill. Proven record in sales or product development.
