Responsibilities
- 定义项目质量可靠性目标和质量改进计划。在每个阶段监控和驱动质量改进计划。
- Define quality and reliability objectives of the project and quality improvement plan. Monitor and drive quality improvement Plan on every phase.
- 管理项目质量保证文件。例如：相关质量的报告、检测结果和工程报告的管理；按时更新PLM系统的数据和文件。
- Manage Project Quality Assurance File. Such as quality relative reports, test results and engineering reports management; update key data and files on time in PLM database.
- 确保PPAP文件提交批准之前是符合ALV标准和程序。
- Ensure all PPAP files follow ALV procedure and standard before submission for approval.
- 确保质量问题都开展项目AS63（8D）并及时跟踪行动措施，应用8D 解决重要的质量问题。
- Ensure quality issues are put in project AS63（8D）board and actions are followed on time. Solve the critical quality issue by using 8D.

Basic Requirements
- 本科及以上学历，工科背景
- Bachelor degree and above with majored in Mechanic related
- 3年以上汽车行业经验质量及项目经验
- Over 3 years quality and project function working experiences in automotive industry
- 熟悉 PPAP,APQP,SPC,CP,FMEA
- Be familiar with PPAP, APQP, SPC, CP, FMEA
- 熟悉项目开发流程
- Be familiar with project development process
- 能够与顾客及内部团队进行有效沟通
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
- 熟悉汽车行业质量方法和工具
- Skillful about quality method and quality tools.
- 创新性及良好的逻辑思维
- Innovative and good logic thinking
- 较强的沟通能力
- Good communication skills.
- 有较强的抗压能力，并能与不同的人群较好的团队合
- Strong ability to work with teams of different origins under high pressure
