Main Tasks:

• To support Hardware Application Eng team in their daily task
- To define and establish the ACE Hardware Application Eng group procedures and tools
- To train ACE Hardware Application Engineer, to products, tools, ALE/ALV standard
- Guaranty full respect of APDS and ALV rules

• To Lead the products development, changes, transfer and quote
- To give the technical support to other Autoliv companies
- To analyze the customers requirements and establish the action plan (with the PTL)
- To lead the product technical data preparation (drawings, BOM …,)
- To release product technical information (spec, drawings…,)
- To prepare and check the prototypes
- To support PV testing (define the product harness, provide IP files & products)
- To support the quality team for the PPAP delivery
- To support the ACE teams for product knowledge
- To provide technical support to the OEM’s

• To take part to the failure analysis and customer trouble analysis:
- To take part in the root cause analysis
- To establish & conduct the action plan
- To perform the actions listed in the action plan


• To responsible for Hardware design for OEMs during development
- Capture the circuit schematic and pilot the board layout and routing
- Hardware design files including HSIS, PoD and Worst Case Analysis
- Familiar with MathCAD, orCAD, Mentor Graphic, IQ-RM hardware development tools

Experience and Skills:

Education level : Bachelor degree in Electronics Engineer or higher

Experience : Minimum 10 working years

 Analog Electronics, digital electronics and microcontroller.
 Simulation tools, schematics, instrumentation…

 Curious and creative.
