1、25岁以上，本科学历；
2、新闻、中文、传媒相关专业；
3、三年以上企业内刊办刊经验；
4、文字功底深厚，掌握新闻宣传专业知识；
5、对企业文化有一定的认知和见解；
6、能独立完成内刊的策划、文字编辑、排版、美编；
7、具有良好的沟通、创新、协作能力；
8、熟练应用crodraw、photoshop等平面设计相关软件；
认真负责，积极进取，热情开朗。
