岗位职责：
1、开发所在区域内直接客户及物流同行业客户的开发。
2、销售团队的组建及人员日常管理。
3、进行客户分析，挖掘用户需求，开发新的客户和新的市场领域，完成销售目标
任职资格：
1、25--40岁，男女不限，大专以上学历，有销售团队管理经验两年以上 。
2、熟悉港口运输及国内运输的操作流程，有拖车行业、货代销售及知名企业工作经验、有客源者优先考虑 。
3、具有较强的开拓，协调，管理，交际，带领团队能力，能带领员工独立开展工作 。
4、具有敏感的商业和市场意识，分析问题及解决问题能力强，具有优秀的资源整合能力和业务推进能力
4、保守公司秘密。
