（一）任职资格
1）大专或以上学历，物流、营销、工商管理专业优先，其它专业优秀者亦可；
2）国内物流运输、仓储、报关专业知识；
3）陆运、保税仓储、一日游、代理报关流程；
4）基本国际海空运业务知识。

（二）岗位职责
1）开发所在区域内直接客户及物流同行业客户的开发工作；
2）定期拜访所在区域内重点客户，完成团队拜访客户数量；
3）带领团队，通过有效沟通激发员工能动性，达得客户满意和创造优秀的业绩成果；
4）管理、辅导和分析员工绩效，确保KPI指标和个人目标的实现；
5）收集当地市场信息及竞争对手情报；
6）完成上级交办的其他工作任务。
