（一）任职资格
1）本科及以上学历，28--40岁之间，熟悉国际物流和保税物流，5年以上市场营销管理经验3年以上同行业同岗位工作经验；
2）丰富的市场营销知识和市场操作能力，对市场的运作状况有准确的分析能力和较强的控制能力；
3）洞察力和逻辑思维能力强有一定的营销思路和领导才能；
4）沟通协调能力好，能承受较大的压力，适应经常出差。

（二）岗位职责
1）组建并带领区域销售团队，负责区域销售工作，完成区域销售业绩指标；
2）规划市场销售渠道，开拓终端销售网点，维护客情关系；
3）策划区域内终端推广活动，协助客户达成年度销售任务；
4）及时了解同行业产品市场变化情况，定期向总公司提供所辖区域的市场状况信息，为总公司的总体布局提供可靠的依据；
5）完善区域销售组织架构，制定各岗位的工作标准，明确其职责权限；
