职位描述
IOT 系统集成高级工程师岗位职责:1. 负责IOT集成系统应用的开发;2. 负责基于硬件提供的协议进行软硬件的集成3. 参与系统的需求调研和需求分析;4. 分析软硬件集成中的风险，解决软硬件集成中的关键技术难点。岗位要求:1. 了解多种硬件集成协议和集成方式，有丰富的项目实践经验;2. 精通C/C++，熟练掌握Java，有快速学习新开发语言的能力和意愿;3. 良好地英文读写能力，能够流畅地阅读英文文档。能够进行流利的英文对话的优先;4. 对敏捷开发、TDD、CI/CD有实践经验的优先;5. 3-6 年工作经验，其中大部分工作时间与硬件工作相关。

2003 年， *轻量级 J2EE- 开始逐渐取代 EJB 成为 Java 企业技术的主流，很多 ThoughtWorker 在这场潮流中扮演领军人物。例如 Jon Tirsen 和 Paul Hammant ，都是当时轻量级 J2EE 架构的领导者。
2006 年 ，作为最早 在企业应用中使用 Ruby on Rails 的公司，我们已经开始用 Ruby on Rails 交付了一系列的项目。 Oracle Mix 是全球第一个基于 JRuby 的大型企业应用。 JRuby 的主要贡献者 Ola Bini 是 ThoughtWorker 。
